Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Refunds or returns are only applicable if:
- The product received is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
- The service delivered is not as described or cannot be provided due to our fault.
For products, eligibility requires:
- The item to be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the product package is damaged or open upon delivery, do not accept it. Once accepted, it will fall under the standard return/refund terms.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Sale or promotional items.
- Services already rendered or partially consumed.
- Customer error (e.g., wrong product/service selection or misuse).
- Refund or return requests made after the allowed time frame (see below).
Refund Time Limit
- All refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or service activation.
- After this period, no refund or return will be accepted, under any circumstances.
Return & Shipping Fees
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the item is proven to be defective or sent in error by our team.
Refund Method
- Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method:
- Card Payments – credited back to the same card (bank processing times apply).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – we will contact you using the provided details for refund arrangements.
- Online Services – partial or full refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on usage and delivery status.
Third-Party & Payment Link Transactions
For payments made via third-party platforms or payment links, the customer agrees:
- Not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team and allowing us to resolve the issue.
- In case of unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks, Skyline Tech Trading reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover all costs involved, including administrative, processing, and legal fees.
